You will know that your survey was submitted successfully upon receiving a "thank you" page. After completing this survey, you will then be eligible to apply for the 2007 Youth Football Fund Grant. NOTE: Once you have completed this form you will be able to get a copy for your records. We suggest that you keep a copy of your answers for future reference. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A COPY ONCE YOU FINISH YOUR SURVEY.

NFL YOUTH FOOTBALL FUND LOCAL AGENCY GRANT GUIDELINES GRANT PROPOSAL FORMAT
The NFL Youth Football Fund (YFF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by the National Football League and the NFL Players Association. The YFF seeks to use football as a catalyst to promote positive youth development and also ensure the health of grassroots football in future generations.
The development of grassroots football relies heavily on the support and hard work of local youth agencies and volunteers. Because your organization is a member of AAU, you are qualified to apply for an NFL Local Agency Grant – a small level grant which recognizes local affiliates of NFL National Youth Football Partner organizations for their creative strategies in the development of youth football as well as innovative methods of using youth football programming as an effective teaching tool and positive motivator of young people.
Grant applications must be postmarked by July 20, 2007 . Applicants will be notified by mail as to the status of their proposal.
Incomplete applications will not be eligible for consideration.
